We know how many restrictions the Chinese Gov have..but well.
Hope they find a solution soon and Sony can officially launch there the PS3, unless they are not interesting anymore but they can still have it withouth sony's support, etc.

Agree. Market-wise yeah no doubt..but seems that's some problem for Sony.
DRM and many other things are manufactured in China..
So in terms of *Law* and trying to do something even *legal* will be impossible until the gob or whatever lift the ban totally in this case.
