Reliable E3 retailer in NA - PS3Hax Network

I'm looking for a reliable retailer for a E3 flasher. The E3 site says modchipcentral.com is the only one for North America. But as of me writing this it appears they only accept money orders and wire transfers. Personally i prefer to use Paypal or a CC. Does anyone know of another place that is reliable both for getting orders out quickly and not have to have any worries about a clone?

And sorry if this is in the wrong forum was not quite sure if this would be the appropriate one or not.
