Ps3 downgrade help
Hey, im looking for someone willing to do a downgrade for my model # CECHA it is in 4.31 firmware. Looking for someone around Canada, BC Vancouver if possible or send it to someone thats around Canada. Also willing to send it over to the states to someone trustworthy.
