My firmware in system settings is telling me that it is on 3.60 can I update to Rojero 4.30, every guide I've read hasn't made mention of 3.60.
Is is safe to proceed?

Save the witty pictures for another thread, I just need to be positive before i update to Rojero 4.30.

I updated a PS3 slim 3.55 KMEAW to Rojero 4.30 last night, now my own personal PS3 I assumed was on 3.55 KMEAW but in system settings/system info it's telling it's on 3.60.

I think I did install a "spoofer" to get back on PSN but it's been deleted... So can I proceed to update to Rojero 4.30?

You need to be 3.55 cfw to update to Rogero 4.30 If you are then follow this guide.

I am on KMEAW 3.55 so I guess I'll ignore the spoofer and install toggle qa and than Rojero 4.30.

I have no idea how to make a NAND back up using multi man tried several times last night on my cousins slim PS3 but to no avail.

I didn't make any backups either, your on 3.55cfw? So you shouldn't have any problems updating.
I would install ofw 3.55 first just to make sure then reinstall 3.55 cfw then proceed on updating to Rogero 4.30 or Rebug 4.21 using the guide I posted.

I prefer to install toggle q and update to Rojero 4.30 from 3:55 KMEAW via recovery menu
