Its piss poor speed because the uploader created one single 18gb file and each "piece" is 8mb.

If he had split into 100mb parts with 4mb pieces, this would be well distributed with a higher percentage of seeds by now.

I dont think it is dead yet. Just decrypted the eboot succesfully. The download is just very slow!! It will become faster though
