"Can not access FLASH device" from Toolbox on REX Rebug 4.21.1

Greetz all,

Has anyone else run into this problem,
Cannot access FLASH device, press OK to exit.
and has the usual "X Enter" at the bottom of the screen when starting REBUG Toolbox 2?

Let me take a wild guess, something that has to do with my PS3 having a NAND flash, I reinstalled this firmware once to see if I could access it again. (Which I could for only one time, and then same error occurs once more.)

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Disconnect all usb drives from their ports, or if you need to have one connected; make sure that your thumb drive or hdd are connected to the first usb port (the one closet to the left / bottom; depending on how you have your system situated). And try launching the the toolbox again. Should work
