"Can not access FLASH device" from Toolbox on REX Rebug 4.21.1
Greetz all,
Has anyone else run into this problem,
Let me take a wild guess, something that has to do with my PS3 having a NAND flash, I reinstalled this firmware once to see if I could access it again. (Which I could for only one time, and then same error occurs once more.) Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Disconnect all usb drives from their ports, or if you need to have one connected; make sure that your thumb drive or hdd are connected to the first usb port (the one closet to the left / bottom; depending on how you have your system situated). And try launching the the toolbox again. Should work
