i have cfw 4.30 and trying to get open ftp to work so i can transfer files from pc to ps3 but open ftp 4.21 doesnt work on 4.30 cfw ?

Blackbox ftp is resigned for 4.xx usage, you can try that. Or use multiMAN's build in ftp, that works fine here for me.

I was having the same issues. Ive tried about three or four different versions of both openps3ftp and blackbox including ones I've signed myself. I can connect and see my files but cannot move them. some small files i can remove from ps3 but cannot transfer anything to ps3. I was told that it is an issue with the firmware. What firmware are you on exactly? If your on rebug then all you need to do is open up the toolbox. It automatically enters ftp mode. You don't have to click on anything. Just enter the ip address in the bottom right of your screen and it works like a charm. Hope this solves your issue.

im using rogero cfw 4.30v1.00 can u give me the link for the 4.30 blackbox ftp or a way to use multiman ftp

I know GR has a Hombrew collection thread that is stickied. check there. But i've found that some of the homebrew in there is not signed properly so you may have to try a couple different ones of just sign yourself. But like I said earlier, there is an issue with the firmware. So i think your best bet is to use multiman ftp. Unfortunately i have never used it and don't know how to use it myself.
