Try using this folder structure:

- Create a folder named PSXGAMES on the root of your internal HDD or External USB device
- Inside the PSXGAMES folder, create a folder with your game name and put the game ISO / BIN / IMG inside

Example: /dev_HDD000/PSXGAMES/FinalFantasy7/FF7.iso

in MM i use this file structure USB_0/PSXGAMES/(place bin/cue files here) and it works no problem & make sure in retro section at the top you have selected either psx or all or it will not show them.

I just tested this and I put my PSX bin/cue:

x:/PSXGAMES/AlienResurrection/AlienResurrection.bin
x:/PSXGAMES/AlienResurrection/AlienResurrection.cue

I named the folders the same as the bin and cue so it was simple to avoid mistakes and it worked first time

The game shows up under the retro section in mM.

Btw I am using mM 04.20.03 on Rogero 4.30 v2.05.
