Well, it's about time PS3 had its own Banhammer, I don't know why everyone is so worried and surprised.

If you were playing online with a pirated/modified system you should be aware of the risks. PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Orbis have/are all going to have banhammers.

Get used to it and don't go online. Or go OFW from now on.

Exactly, therer are so many older games out that you can play. Some games have interesting mods. If you own a PC and a PS3 you can like game the whoel year. Still those kids always want to play the newest games. And Hof course they don't want to pay for it either. I mean they are complaining about being banned for playing games before release. Thats just possible with downloads.

I have 4.30 rogero and i'm not banned. I'm from Portugal, I have no DUPLEX DLC. I guess they can track who is playing nuketown without buying it. They may also track trophies before release date. They can see history, mine is clean and read-only. I'm not banned yet :D

im really not bothered about being banned from psn...having had my ps3 since the start of jailbreaking im used to not having it....having psn on cfw is a privilege and anyone on cfw dosnt have the right to play online as you are breaking the TOS ....if you want to play online that much goto OFW & lose your homebrew & free pirated games....im happy playing offline.....it has suprised me how long it has took for the bans to come along...just be happy with what youve got...a open system without online play!!!

99% of the cfw users are people wanting free games. You are the ones who deserve to be banned.

In theory if it is an original game you should be good to go.

it seems as though many were band from black ops 2. u i have also suffered. WONT SOMEONE HELP US WE LOVE THIS GAME. The game is so good that it even made it as games stops most PREORDERED GAME EVA.
