progskeet 1.2 NOR console
Hello all.
I am largely a lurker around the forum and usually find what I need when searching around. This time though I need some clarification. I have a progskeet 1.2 which came through the post today. Regarding installation, I understand nearly all of it except the confusion behind the r8 resistor and r7. What do I do with these for my ps3 cechl Ver-001 motherboard? I would like to keep in installed inside the console, hence installing a switch. Does the switch fit on the r7 pads? There was a guide from cfwprophet that said the GND and gp2 on the progskeet need to be soldered together. Do I also need to do that? Need clarifications on the confusion. Thanks in advance. |

The r8 resistor and r7 are only for 1.1 version. 1.2 need to ignore this.

Use latest 1.2 bitstream, you dont need to modify it
Its just to make 1.1s work with the new bitstream which you shouldn't use on 1.1 anyway |
