04.11.13 works on KMEAW just fine.

Patch the games yourself with 3.55 fixes, and when it asks to fix the games with those 80010009 errors just click no, games work fine.

Tested just now

I dont have PES but black ops 2 and fifa 13 are working just fine.

One more noobish question, as I am new to all of this.

Can I normally install over current version, or should I uninstall, then install this version?

I'm just scared of loseing my GT5 files/abillity to play.

I updated from within mmCM from 4.11.11 to 4.11.13.

Updating wont delete anything to do with your game files.

I would update over the existing instal through mmCM personally, never had issues with that.
