HELP$$?<3
I have a brand new ps3 running 4.30 and I have no idea how to jailbreak it or whatever i need to do to download a simple esp. Please message me with some step by step instructions. I can pay via money order and can also give out a phone number you can reach me on. I will not waste your time please help... seriously HELP lol

Why didnt you read the mandatory thread?
You would know what you can and cant do. Give us a hint: what PS3 do you have? CECH-???? If its brand new and its ultra slim you are SOL. *moved to help section*

OK well this info is free so, with that said. If your ps3 is brand new from store, chances of you being able to get to cfw are like next to 0 and below 0. The 3k and 4k models use a newer form of the files we can exploit on the older models. Any attempt to downgrade a 3k or 4k model will get u nothing but a 300$ paperweight. There is no exploit for the 3k and 4k models yet.

Do you see that big a$$ banner that says 'PS3 Scene Status Highest Hackable Firmware'?
 If your PS3 firmware is higher then 3.55 then you can't use cfw unless you buy and use a hardware flasher to downgrade your firmware. If you buy a E3 Flasher to downgrade your PS3 here is a tutorial on E3 Flasher. http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=29241 You said you have a new PS3 so you may not even be able to downgrade If the PS3 is the new slim top loader or one of those 3k/4k models. So find out what model you have first, If you want to buy a flasher to downgrade.
