Sooner or later Nintendo will stop selling consoles. They are really horrible at designing consoles or implementing security.

Their innovation is the only thing that's been keeping them in the game. NObody would have bought the Wii if not for the motion controls experience. Ironically, the PS3 controller is built off nothing but Nintendo innovations. It's layout is basically a Super Nintendo Controller with an extra bumper and grips. The joystick and rumble feature were also both adapted from the Nintendo 64 controller. So you could say that by proxy the innovations of Nintendo has kept Sony alive as well. Not to mention Sony adopted PSN from LIVE. I like the fact that you still don't have to pay for online premium services from Nintendo.

Nintendo innovates and their consoles have sold more than Microsoft and Sony have.

For the record I own a Wii, it's just Nintendo never makes their consoles with the latest tech and always cheap out on everything. The other problem is they rely heavily on 1st party titles to sell consoles. They have really bad 3rd party support, with crappy games to make a quick buck. They should just be like Sega. Make games, its the only thing your good at.

If Nintendo stopped creating hardware, then Microsoft and Sony would have no one to copy and their consoles would become extremely boring....

Nintendo's latest innovations are good for one thing: casual gaming experiences which I am NOT interested in...

It's really stupid that they care so much about getting people that don't play video games in the first place to start playing.
