you need a decrypted dat file before using that creator, and the decrypt method need a ps3.
once all the decrypt and encrypt steps can run on pc, i will add it ASAP.

Yeah I know, just thought it would be worth getting the re-encryption half added now, and updating to the full experience if the EDAYKEY1 for v4 is ever discovered.
