has updated his "Condor updater" to version three. It is now compatible with 4.xx CFW's.

thanks guys, also it's not that it's resigned, this is a whole new app, cause Sony changed some stuff on the newer firmwares and Condor Updater v2 had some security checks that needed to be disabled in order to run.
PS: there will be another update today or tomorrow.
