Iv tried to follow this step by step but i cant even get past the first step. It wont downgrade and keeps asking for 4.30

I have been working on this process to and have gotten my hard drive downgraded and re-upgraded to regero 4.21-v2. But now multiman and other homebrew will not load, just gives a black screen and an error. I have a 500gb Hitachi. I am currently back on Kmeaw 3.55 and it still gives the same error. Any help or advice?
