Nintendo has said its loss-making Wii U swings to profit with just a single game purchase along with the console.

Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime told Mercury News that despite the new console itself being sold at a loss, "the business model doesn't change dramatically."

He explained: "As soon as we get the consumer to buy one piece of software, then that entire transaction becomes profit positive.

"In the end, the business model is still to drive the install base of hardware, and then to drive a strong tie ratio with all of the other software and experiences for the consumer. And if we're able to do that, then we will create significant profit for the company".

I own two 360's
I own one Wii
I own a PSP
I also have a PS2 in my house.

There are other members like @BobbyBlunt and @japsander who have exactly the same as me or more, so going by the above tally, i have 5 Sony products, Two Microsoft Products and one Nintendo Product.

So please explain to me and explain for the benefit of your fellow members, what exactly am i or the likes of Bobbyblunt and japsander the "Fanboy" of ????????

I'm a FANBOY yet I have Ninty consoles(I have SNES, GBA and Gameboy), I have a Microsoft keyboard & mouse(does that count..LOl(wouldn't by that crap again mind)), I have a PC Engine, others like ATARI's 2 WOODY 2600's, 7800, 800xl computer with disc drive & Tape, and that not including the Playstions, 2 PS's, 1 slim PS2 & 2 PS3's 1 Slim/1 Fat. And I have a Water cooled Desktop PC & Lappie. Yet I'm biased for not having a 360 or Wii/Wii U.

If you visit Brazil some day, you can increase your colection with 2 MSX (MSX1 and MSX2), a Sega CDX and FZ11 3DO. I need to get rid of a lot of video games and old consoles and would not want to just throw away. Im searching for a collector to donate this stuff.
