Progskeet v1.2 dump verification failed
Hi.
I want to dump my ps3 with progskeet 1.2 and the 80-90% of verification is failed. Spansion P, R7-open, R8-soldered, awg26 wires 8-9cm. Powered on with ps3 PSU. Newest bitstrem and winskeet. I resoldered everything threetimes. What can be wrong? |

No, check for shorts using winskeet.
And how about dump CFI ? DID YOU DUMPED YOUR CFI ? Using multimeter check for continuity on the wires.

Progskeet 1.2 gives a lot of random shorts when checkin with winskeet, its a bug. I read here at forum that progskeet 1.2 canot dump CFI. Always gives a error mesage: CFI is invalid ( does not begin with "QRY" ).

Yes, its a bug, but you can fix it.
First install the libusb driver and then re-install the winusb driver back Without DUMP CFI, you won't be able to write back.
