ive been trying to downgrade but it says update (1.90) or above and then an error code

i had an dex brick and ive fixed that and then i was on rogero 3.55 v3.7
qa flagged my ps3 and then i went to rogero 4.30 v2.03 but now i cant downgrade the reason for me downgrading is because when i try signing in to psn i get the error 8071014 ive try restoring default settings but i still get the error code if any one knows how i can fix this error tell me or if any ones knows and solution to let me downgrade please tell me

have you tried to put a DMZ on your router

Are you using the 4.25 to 355 downgrader pup by rogero?

That one worked for me.
