PS3 GLOD - need help

Hi,
I already opened a thread for this, but this time I have more informations of my problem and a video, I'm also looking for a repair service.

My problem:

I turn the PS3 on and I get no video or audio signal, when I try to change HDMI to SCART or otherwise it fails with a normal power off.

PS3 GLOD? - YouTube

PS3 System:
CECHC04
PAL
DATA CODE 7C
If it's possible to fix this, then I'm looking for a reballing service near Luxembourg (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands or France)
Please PM me !

@SvenGDK

Just some leads for ya. Also that may be the YLOD, your console is obviously a phat, might try to replace thermal paste and clean inside ps3. If u know how, otherwise a reflow or reball may be in order.

As $0ny skimped on the thermal paste in older models and used cheap non lead based solder. Those failling is main cause of problems in older models.

It's not YLOD since it stays powered on. I had the exact same issues on one of my ps3's, stayed powered on but no audio/video and controllers won't sync. I fixed it by adding washers to the gpu.
Check this thread out:

It worked for me,good luck!
