another PS3 controller issue

For some reason, after loading a game, the PS3 controller goes crazy: it spams some buttons (i.e. cross, R1, square, etc.) and sometimes, some buttons don't do anything.

This issue is gone if I use a different PS3 controller. Any idea as to why the other controller has this issue? It doesn't seem damaged to me, at least physically... and nothing seems to be loose when I shake it.

Does it happen for all games? Does it happen when opening multiman? Just upon loading games seems weird.

What if you use it while plugged in? What if you turn it off and back on?

(I'm grasping at straws here...)

Yeah, the controller is plugged to USB. Happens the same when I use it wirelessly. I haven't tried turning the controller off and on.

And yeah, it happens on all games.

Could it be the controller's battery?

It's a Sony official controller.

It's a Sony official controller.
I have the same issue with one controller and a joystick issue with another controller. This video will help.
