i recently got a bluray dvd writer..
i wanted to know if i write my cod-bo2 duplex game on a 25gb bluray disc,
ll i be able to play from multiman? (m on 3.55kneaw,mm4.04)

(asking as my external hdd has gone dead n need to wait for atleast 2weeks for d replacement).

I'd say that since you can't play the original disc from CFW then a burnt bluray disc wouldn't be any different.

if u are on 3.55 cfw and use a fixed 1.02-1.03 update u CAN play with the disc...

There is a way to do it. Search for deanks thread about playing backups from disc. If the game is small enough u can play from cd-r, DVD, and bd.

Black ops is 19 gb, so u would need to use blu ray. You need to take the game folder and make an ISO file with it. With the correct settings using the ps_disc.sfo file (or whatever that file is called, can't remember). Then burn the ISO with imgburn or something.

And original disc plays fine on cfw. And if you format your HDD, and delete multiMAN after getting the update, it will play online also.

I mean why would someone store Games on HD when you can buy 30 blurays and store your game?

Why would you want to burn discs, when you can have your whole collection in 1 spot.
I have a 3tb external HDD. It was only $129 and fits all my Games, Movies, Music, Pictures, Roms, etc....
Better than spending $74.99 for a 30 pack of BD-R discs. And that would only fit 30 games.

And I can change games or movies without having to get off my lazy azz. LOL.

Yeah m8 you are correct 74$ for 30 BD-R is much. But i do not plan to keep all my backups on BD-R. I can use many dual-layer DVD's.

Also i plan to setup Pirate Collection, will buy empty covers etc..
