multiman error..

hi guys,

i just updated multiman to the latest version of 4.14 i believe from multiman itself(i updated from 4.13) and now i get this message saying warning : your installation of multiman is incomplete. I've searched the forums but they talk about the old multiman and not sure if those methods will work since I'm in rogero 4.30 v2 and a newer version of multiman.

do you guys know what i should do? should i just update multiman through a pkg? i just don't want to mess up

Thanks!!!!!

Cant you only update via mm online if you already have 4.14.x installed.

Latest updates are much smaller.

Question

anything above 4.14, and there are a couple updates done after 4.14 (4.14.1 etc..)
coming from 4.13 to 4.14 shouldn't be a problem, i guess u did today? then it was updated a couple times with more fixes and dean posted this:

DO NOT UPDATE UNLESS YOU HAVE 04.14.00 INSTALLED
i think there's ur problem why MM is incomplete now

after MM reports this error, does it load or goes back to XMB?
if it loads, try this first:

Code:
open MmOS and 2xclick on the zip to update MM
http://rghost.net/41880472
if it fails, no other way then go back to 355 and go from there

thanks for the reply and it actually works perfectly it just every time it starts it says that warning and i don't want it to screw my ps3 if indeed is incomplete. and will definitely try to do what you posted above after i finish my research paper. I didn't know he posted that so i just blindly updated from multiman will never do that again.
