multiman not loading backups
hi there i used to be up to date on the ps3 scene but have been out of touch for at-least a year, but i recently updated from kmeaw 3.55 to rogero 4.30 2.03 and multiman 04.08.02.
everything seem to install fine only problem being when i try and load a backup it goes back to xmb but the blueray icon just says the game that's in the ps3 rather than loading the backup Ive been researching for a good few hours but after being out of touch with the scene for so long it hard to understand new terms and decide which information is relevant and so on, so sorry if its a stupid question but would be greatly appreciated if somebody could help |

update MM to newest version as old versions do not support more than 1 external plugged into ps3 when using cfw4.30....this may be your problem...make sure you only have 1 hard drive plugged into ps3...in settings in MM make sure your bdemu is set to standard

you need multiman 4.13 or higher for rogero 2.03

ahh okay im not playing of externals so shouldnt be problem? updating to latest multiman now cheers i let you know how i get on

I'm actually having a similar problem. I updated to the same CFW, and after I load the Backup in multiman, it takes me back to the main menu. I don't see any bluray disc to load my backup.

yh mate update to newest multiman and set the bd emulator to standard that worked for me

Yeah I did. Have the latest multiman and bd emu is on standard. When I click on my game (little big planet) in multiman, it exits to XMB. Then, I do not see anywhere where I can load the game. The blue ray disc for little big planet does not show up at all. All i see is a folder called app_home/PS3_game. When I hover over it, little big planet shows up, but it just resets to the XMB again when I try and load it. Ugh.
I have a 60gb BC cecha01 ps3 running on rogero 3.40 2.03 and latest multiman. Can someone help? Last edited by boxxleman; 12-05-2012 at 02:44 PM. |
