What guide did you follow?

You must have entered FSM at some time.

If you restored from a brick with that dump it is valid.

correct me if im wrong but just because your ps3 came with a lower than 3.55 firmware doesent mean you can use e3 flasher to downgrade because the chip can be a nand chip....so if I am right , you might have a nand chip...

No he dont have it he have PS3 CECH-2501A. Can you film with camera what really happen? And upload to internet or youtube and post link here?

Also, I have one custom made PS3 Dump that help to unbrick PS3, you need solder your E3 ribbon to PS3 Sbe to Tristrate, then flashfun that custom dump,

I can upload it for you, you should try it, you need to power off console, put 100000 on E3 insert sd card in with that custom flash, flash it, take off micro sd, put your original dump in, connect to E3 back, turn on PS3 with 100000, then you flash again your original dump, now you need to change E3 to 000001, move SD and leave PS3 on, copy to SD downgrade.bin, pres reset button 2 times then start, now you will downgrade your PS3 and you will need to continue with PS3 JB dongle etc.. wanna try?

So... Last time I was brick one PS3 but I was have good dump from that console, I do the next steps with custom dump, this will onlly help you if you have good dump and help to me (I was not able to power on PS3, i power on it go on and 3 times says beep-beep-beep and turn off) Then one guy from PS3 Hax give me this solution and his dump he claim he made it by him self, this help to me, but Im not sure if this would help to you couse you can get to XMB, but you can try, you dont have anything to lose, and also I'm here to help you and everyone else if I can.

So text says...

After you made your dump from switches 001000 (original dump and good dump) you need to turn off console and set switches to 100000 than turn on PS3. Put on micro sd card with modified custom dump I upload it here for you and flash it, after done flashing turn off PS3.

Now take micro SD card and delete everything on it and put your dump from your console in it then turn on PS3 and flash that with switches 100000 after you complete flashing of your dump leave PS3 on do not turn off and change switches to 000001 and put e3_downgrade.bin file it wit your dump that you just flashed and push reset button 2times and then push start.

If you successfully flasher the downgrade.bin file your good, from there you unplug PS3 from the back and instert JB dongle on the 2nd USB port and do the power and eject sequence and from there you should know what to do with the rest.

Don't try a custom dump, from a different console!!!

Not until you at least find out you have a valid dump. If you flash a dump from a different console without a valid dump, you will PERMABRICK!!!

PS3 now briked. im wired sbl. now will do as in unbrick tutorial.
1. Im flash special bkpps3-UNBRICJER . e3 100000
2. im flash bckuped original bkpps3. e3 100000 (after this stepo my ps3 power on FSM)
3. im flash e3_downgrade.bin . after this step ps3 again not power on
