Hey guys would like to say a big hello as this my first ever post here =), right to the nitty gritty i have the ps3 120gb slim running 4.31 now im aware ill have to downgrade it to install the cfw however im not sure which software on this site i shud be using and which is recommended , question is can i downgrade 4.31? and if so what tools will i also need?

Hello too. check your PS3's serial, is it downgradeable?

if you mean the model number its CECH-2003A

it is easy to downgrade yur system but you need a flasher. you will be looking at about £60 for the flasher and you could mess it up. where are you from?

im from the UK in the cheshire area , was hoping it would be a case of put software on a dongle an have done lol things are never that simple for me gah
