The one on the left seems to be Heihachi. |

I would say the one on the left looks like Heihachi or Akuma and the one on the right maybe Lars Alexandersson.

The left guy is 100% Heihachi, the guy on the right is Cole MacGrath
  I recognized the poses after looking at PS All-stars roster poster. EDIT: moved the characters into place as per the original image, for comparison. Solved
