nvm the rest(old downgrade) after trigger FSM using nano, then get the 2 lv2diag.self (enter/exit) files and use Rogero 3.7, this PUP is a fixer in itself, no pup can't beat it if all is working? not sure...so goodluck on the fix

well....u shouldn't had formatted it on the pc i think, and first tested FSM as the other guys suggested..before u formatted...now i have no clue really......can be different things..guess u have to try some..and i only jumped in because u asked for nano-fsm, and that guide is suppose to make the nano into fsm device, the rest of that guide is old ofcourse....

i can only see..thati've seen that error here...update loop each time it looked like installing 100% - reboot- same error message as ur screenshot, this was something with OtherOS on my end if i can remember clearly then fixed it by fully format using the PC/hddllf, so it might be the HDD afterall, it should have worked(if no hardware failures) when u had the 999spoof, then trigger FSM and try installing Rogero3.7

for now i'm just gonna guess and it isn't helping at all
goodluck on getting it fixed tho

edit:

but the 16% mark, this should also tell u more what's going on correct? seen it a couple times at arround 20 its this...at arround 40% it's that....

@toolz

Have you tried a different USB flash drive? Format it to fat32 with the quick format box UNCHECKED. Then put the PUP in the the correct file path named correctly.

It may be the hard drive is bad, have you tried a different one?

FSM should still work. Did you get the ipod nano setup correctly?

i have tried my WD pocket hdd with the same results, i have no other USB flash drive, the one that i am using is old though but it has never not worked before?

FSM did not work as it boots into that error screen every-time,

Hello,

Just to share my thoughts.

I red the thread, but not sure about your CFWs history.
All I can say that I had the same problem when I got my PS3. Before I even turned it on, I swapped HDD, and got this error (mine was on OFW 2.10).
Then I put back the original HDD, as I was new to all of this, and same thing happened again. Only after few restarts, the PS started normally.
Then I updated to OFW 3.55, and swapped HDD again. Same error again. Then i formatted disc, full format I think, and then it was all good. So from this experience, it might be HDD, and you shoul be fine with full format.
You tried it on PC to see if it functions properly, or something?

If I said nothing but stupid and obvious things, don't hate me. Just wanted to help if I can, because this forum helped me a lot.

Cheerz.
