Hi all. I a big time noob and was wondering if I should upgrade firmware that delete's linux. I have the fat 160gb uncharted ps3 bundle with the firmware that it shipped with. I never upgraded to the firmware that would delete linux from my system when it first came out. I don't really know the benefits of having linux on my system and was wondering if someone could give me some suggestions or info. I'm afraid to upgrade because I don't want to remove the capability of "modding" my system if I ever get around to it. Someone please give me an insight on this whole linux deal. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
