Im still not banned and for the life of me I dont know why. I regularly just log in and goto MM and load a game and play. I do not stealth anything and I play whatever with no regard. I have two accounts and have plus if this matters or not. I go onto the store and check it and download plus games onto my cfw. I do not play BO2......seems suicidal to me to do so. Just before installing Rogero I had an issue with my system and was forced to format. Perhaps, this is what is helping me to hide?? Dont know as I have since installed decrypted online passes and such. Anyway, just trying to offer up a piece of the puzzle. In all likelihood I have just been lucky.

i played this game and got console banned ,, now after i unbanned myself i play bo2 every day and not get account ban yet ,, i play it cuz i beleive that others already playing it with this app and anyway it will be patched soon ,, so it doesnt matter i play or not , its the same .. just if we manage to prevent all users to play it ,, i wil stop ,, the strange thing is i didnt get account ban yet ,either before or after the ban !!

I have played some new games. Little big planet karting/f1 all stars/sonic racing transformed/Family guy (this one doesnt have online not that I think that matters).

........and, one would think they could see me on their store.

I'm going to take a wild guess, It's because you formatted. They were probably thrown off thinking you're going ofw and bought yourself some time. I'm not banned either but I did have to force format since an hdd on 3.55 gets easily corrupted after a crash.

Yup i've been using regular MM too. Playing some single player games while staying signed into PSN, bought some stuff from the store and everythings been fine. Heck I even have PSN games on my XMB that are not supposed to be there.
I also have never played BO2. Now watch me get banned tommorow after saying this
