I can't dump spansion NOR ?
hello everybody
As I said , I succeed dump SAMSUNG NOR , but i can't read spansion dump however I try all update files :2011.11.22 upgrade , 2012.01.05 update. the e3 board , shows 3 leds blinking 1 2 6 , side memory card. where is the problem ?

all types work fine with the same update = samsung multiple one 2011-11-22
the clip may require some sanding, check the tutorials if not sure.. |

so,you think , i don't need to switch from between SAM and SPANSION ?

update the e3 again with the samsung update and redump, the ^ error must be gone, if it keeps failing with another error, then sand down the clips edges(check howto playerkp420) to get perfect connection with the NOR flash, it doesn't matter wich type norflash, they all work with "samsung" update and required anyway to downgrade "multiple" ps3's

hello
I've been read spansion NOR dump without errors and validate with FlowRebuilder , but i am using "2011.10.28 update Samsung" is it normal and it allow to continue process downgrading ? please i need your help also you have to know i am already using 2012.01.05 update , 2011.11.22 upgrade but it fail to dumping spansion NOR Last edited by vimpere2008; 02-26-2013 at 01:22 PM. |

It will work on all NOR chips, and allow you to use your flasher on multiple PS3s. So after you update your flasher with it, downgrade as many PS3s you can get your hands on.
