Hope someone can help.
I got a vga wire to connect my daughters laptop to her lcd tv. It kept coming up with a blue screen. So like a dick i set the priority display to the tv. now everytime i try connect to the tv, the laptop screen goes black. Does anyone know how to reverse it as i cant change the setting on the laptop as i cant see anything? cheers hope that makes sense

there should be a function button on the laptop with a corresponding number key to select display mode. i.e both screens/laptop only/tv only.
or you could uninstall video drivers, boot with tv connected and then install updated drivers to see if it will work. trial and error usually works for me

try setting display mode to "clone" and play around with resolution/refresh rate that way you shouldnt lose display on laptop again
