All,
I read quite a few threads where unfortunate PS3 owners have inadvertently bricked their PS3's through bad use of flashers in an attempt to downgrade. So, I was wondering IF there IS a way to recover a 'blank' PS3. I assume here that the basic firmware being run is generic (at what ever version). Then *something* is added I think to the firmware that is unique to each PS3. e.g. a serial number / optical drive I.D. So, the purpose of this thread is to discuss exactly WHAT is unique to each PS3's firmware. Anyone got any input on this please? I need educating! or telling to shut up being an idiot at the very least. ![]() Andy |
