Multiple verified dumps to be much safer i'd say.

If everything goes smoothly, it takes me almost 2 hours for the whole process. That includes all the cleaning of the console, cleaning old thermal compound and replacing with new, downgrade, dehash, disassemble, reassemble, install multiMAN and Showtime. Faster if I go straight to 4.30CFW.

The faster you try to do it. The faster you will break it. Take your time.

Using e3 right ?

Soldering & de-soldering takes time.

So I would say 3 hours for the whole process ( Using Teensy )

My last spansion p took 2 hour

Last phat cechk spansion n took 2.15

Last NAND cechc took 1.15

I try budget 2-2.30 per console but always advise customer it can take longer

These times are including full strip Dow clean out rebuild install of multiMAN and I use a progskeet if you didn't already know

I would say the same,
but he just finished his first downgrade.
so he may encounter the infoumes spansion P, so he may be stuck in some point for some time.
Take your time dude.
Yesterday i've done a Spansion P it took me 3.0 hr, from strip down to soldering my progskeet, changing thermal to Rogero CFW 4.3

Ummmmmmmm,
will i have done more than twenty Spansion P,
what is now working for me is this: Reading the Nor is no problem,
but when writing it, i use the older Winskeet with libusb via Zadec
it always do the job, and it only takes around 10 -15 Mins i guess.
i wrote this somewhere here

i wrote this somewhere here
what we named slowpoke over 1 and a half years ago

always best to use old winskeet 111004 with libusb0 drivers
and only part to change after setting the preset is the max bytes
start off at 64 if that fails change to 32 if that fails change to 16 ......
if all that fails then u probably will have to use usb trigger and static timing etc
but as always stated too the best results come from laptops with intel chipsets
