how do you work that out? To start he doesn't have qa toggle downloaded or a 3.55 cfw and then to install the cfw in recovery and then install qa toggle and run. Probably take a good 15 to 20 mins in my opinion. What makes you think different?

Where did you mention updating to cfw within that timeframe?

You said install and run qa toggle, and you said an 'extra' 15-20 mins so I'm assuming you had already accounted for the time to install cfw as that was the only other thing to do.

He is on ofw 3.55 how would it be possible to install and run QA toggle from there?? Not rocket science is it??
