Hey! I finally got my E3 flasher and so far everything works as is should, but now I can't get my PS3 into service mode.
Can anyone tell me what the correct hex files should be for my device? It looks like this:

AMTEL AT90USB162
16 AU

Have you looked at PS3Yes hex files?

I believe they work on your board: http://www.ps3yes.com/English/Download.aspx

Please double check though before using anything its been years since I last used HEX files for PS3.
