Online Gaming with disc

Ok,

So I know that if I play online with my PS3 it will be at risk of getting banned. I can spoof the console ID or whatever but I'm not sure if that still works on Rogero 4.30 v2.03.

Does this apply to just games that we use with Multiman or does it also kill games that we play through the actual disc.

((Lets say I go out and get Assassin's creed III, if I don't back it up can I still play online?))

Also, on a side note, is there any way to dual boot CFW + OFW without using an E3, I'm not against buying one, I just like software solutions if at all possible.

Thanks,
AJ

Makes no diff if it is retail disk or backup. CFW will always risk ban.

Ok, thanks for that. Is is better to spoof the console ID then? So I can't get banned or is it an account ban?

Also if I just use PSN to download netflix will there be any issues?
