wow such a simple question and you cant google?
to go to rogero 4.30 v2.03 you first have to download rogeros cfw 3.55 v3.7
install it in recovery menu (shut ps3 down -> finger on power til it beeps one time, one more time, one more time and the ps3 is shut down again -> finger again on power on until it beeps, beeps again and then beeps twice)

then download multiman (not lower than 4.17.0) and install it

now update to rogero 4.30 v2.03 via recovery menu

This is how the old rogero 4.3 had to be installed. As mentioned now just install the latest 2.03 via xmb.
