get pkg signing tools and put it in the directory with the scetool gui.so you can then use this to encrypt the ELF.there may be a better way but this way i never get any errors.then with pkg sign tool find your ELF and use the encrypt option.

Ok cool, thanks, but didn't you say you have 4.21 and your modded eboots don't work?

sorry for any confusion what i mean to say was.when i try to apply and usecheat codes to an EBOOT they dont work even after following the correct procedure -100000 for offset to gain the correct adress.however there is a forum where some post codes that you can apply to certain EBOOT maybe from an update or original disk BIN.so i get some mods working but none as yet from usercheat format.

No I couldn't even convert the eboot to an elf

can u guys help me? i know there's already a NFSMW cheat pkg for 4.xx and working fine for unl nitro boosts etc... i used the provided info from this topic to add the codes for 1.00 disc eboot into the cheat editor, it reports that it applied the patches to th offsets/EBOOT.ELF, makes backup EBOOT.ELF_bak but nothing is changed and not creating the final EBOOT.BIN, then tested manually added the 4 patches into EBOOT.ELF with HxD but then the game just boots back to XMB, can anyone re-post the correct NFSMW cheat codes so i can try it manually

please check the screenshots, and for doing it manually with this example:

Max Nitro
00002000 0025B4C4 FC22DEEE

open EBOOT.ELF into HxD
goto offset 0025B4C4 and replace the values with FC 22 DE EE

= fail, i'm sure doing something wrong, do we need to substract anything from the given offset, excuse the noob question, thx for any help

dude you have to subtract 10000 from the offset.
