RLOD + 3 beeps + Red Led blinking

Hi friends!
I have the same problem: when i turn my PS3 On -> i hear only 3 short beeps and no yellow light, only blinking red led

I tryed to downgrade COK-002 and after wiring got this error. I change capacitor C3825 to 100nF, is it right?
I have remove all wires, but no luck, can you help me? Thanks

omg.. why did u change the capacitor ?? and what did u do from step zero ..

Some of the early phat models are built like **** and fall apart really easy.
Mine had burns and Hot glue on the Mobo.. From factory.
2 Of the capacitors came off on mine during shipping/Downgrade process.

well he didn't mention that the original capacitor were pluged out of the mobo :P anw he wasn't so umm clear of what he did ..

I tryed to downgrade it with ProgsKeet 1.1
I wired mobo to Progskeet, powered from it's own PSU, but got 3 beeps
I started to search sorts, but one thing, that only one capacitor was broken. I removed it and put another one

okay pal i think the nor is not getting the voltage feed that it needs .. this is a short problem im sure .. just wait to see if i can help .. give me 5 min

umm sry for the mess but ur ps3 is dual nand anw nvm ..

did you wired the 3,3V also to the mainboard?

EDIT: @moskvichh , take a look at this thread, it may help you, or check the fuse PS6001 on your mainboard to see if it is still ok.

PS3 fails to start after installing Progskeet 1.0 [RESOLVED]

this is something i havent heard about before
what consoles are affected by bad capacitors.
where are these capacitors
and what fuse?

i feel so noobish

The capacitors are very small and Help regulate the current i think..
There are a few by the nand/nor chip

as baileyscream sed there's a fuse that i cant find honostly :P its small and may do all of this mess.. anw he must test the nands vcc 3.3 pins to see if it's getting it's feed..
