Just avoid fifa 13 online with cfw, it is a high risk game with the online pass and is playing offline much better with friends.

To actually answer your question, instead of just saying BAN risk! Yes you can play online, you need the online pass pkg, rap file and reActPSN. Below is my guide.

I had just updated PSN store before I did this, shouldn't make any difference though.

Assuming you have already installed the reActPSN pkg:

1: Download Fifa.rar from here: http://bit.ly/Y2QL4d

2: Unpack Fifa.rar

3: Place the 'exdata' folder containing the 'EP0006-BLES01676_00-00ONLINEPASSFREE.rap' file onto the root of your USB drive (if you already have an 'exdata' folder, just put the .rap file in it)

4: Place the 'zGQkyLddbSEyAoGFZFDXIxSmeWhuVikhznGMvQlNNaQGTNBPppQAycodwhYuRBCo.pkg' file onto the root of your USB drive.

5: Plug USB drive into the right-most USB port on your PS3

6: Install the 'zGQkyLddbSEyAoGFZFDXIxSmeWhuVikhznGMvQlNNaQGTNBPppQAycodwhYuRBCo.pkg' file on your PS3

7: Make a new PS3 user called 'aa' without the quotes! No need to sign in to the 'aa' account.

8: Run reActPSN and when prompted press 'Circle' to ignore the PS3 error.

9: ReActPSN should have renamed the 'aa' user account if all went well. No need to ever sign in to the reActPSN account, unless you want to rename it back to 'aa' to activate more .rap files!

10: Mount Fifa game with Multiman and when taken back to XMB, sign in as you would to sync trophies, send messages etc... (Important, if you do not sign in before running the game, it will fail when signing into EA Servers)

11: Run Fifa game from XMB game column and enjoy.
