Jailbroken with Non Jailbroken PS3 - PS3Hax Network

I have a jailbroken ps3 with 3.55 on it. and i have a PS3 with the latest FW on it and not jailbroken. I am wanting to use these in order to have the Mod menu for MW2 I am having trouble finding out how to use both of the PS3's to do this. I have palyed with the hacks but I do not like having to get infected everytime I shut down and turn the system back on. I have tried to keep the PS3 on but this does not work all the time either because one of the kids likes to play games too. I have read some about the data transfer from one to the other but i would like to get a how to.

Get a real mod menu on the 3.55 one a 1.13 Mod menu so you dont need to
Get infected. then data transfer to the non 3.55 ps3 *Note* *Will delete info on the non 3.55 one*

Do I need to use a patch blocker on the non after I get the transfer done?
