Impossible to know. You have the risk of being banned as you'll be using CFW, you'll have the risk because you're playing online with CFW, and you'll have the risk because you're playing a BLES game on a US console, online, using CFW.

No. Because games on PS3 are region free. What will be impossible with BLES on US PSN is buying online passes, installation of DLC.

no , id have to say no not at ALL. because i play jap versions of alot of games on my us psn . not recently since that apperent "ban wave" but since then im still online on ofw. and the same account from cfw and everything still works ., even trophies on my trophy list are compleatly japanise for some games
