[HELP]RSOD while on 999 downgrader mode - PS3Hax Network

I have FAT CECHL00, was upgraded to Rebug 4.30.1 then RSOD came in. I used 999 downgrader to go back to 3.55 OFW/CFW to enter FSM mode and applying Lv2diagRSOD.self but wasn't unable "No applicable data found" via Recovery Mode (cannot go to XMB while RSOD) no I'm stuck on 999 downgrader mode. what should I do guys? should I re-flash the NOR using Progskeet? thanks

or should I buy the new one and replace the Samsung with Spansion?
