today i got my e3 flasher, from a legit store in norwey. then i installed it. i followd a movie they made on youtube. then everything wass screwd back togheter, when i start the ps3 it come a black page there it sey.

Cant start playstation.
Cant find the system memory.

my ps3 its in norwegian, so i just translated the messenger. i have connected the hdd from a esata station to the E3 chip.

anny body had the same problem ?

please do check the esata connection to ps3, as it can give shorts and thus not recognized by e3 flasher. it is very fragile

new problem, when i tried to start update the flash thing i get 1001100 error..

as for the message, it appears only on 4.x fw as they have changed spelling

this most likely means clip not seated right. put on some soft spacer onto clip to be pressed by the shield plate. best to be seated from one site to another...

i am putting some small rubbers on it about 1cm (dunno inches) thick, but it depends on ps3 model. this works fine for a fat cechl. think i have used less on a slim

i have a slim its a cech-2504a date code 0D and i buyd the limited verson ofr the E3 flasher with rubber tipe on top do it dont get loose. but u got a video or somthing, i dont know what i do now, i have intalled the flasher, how do i use it :S?
