What is your current problem? Bricked your ps3 downgrading and never made any dumps im guessing...?

Never made any dumps and I downgraded accidentally bricked and I try to flash back now it got red light beep 3 time and power off

There is a reason the guide says, MAKE DUMPS. Basically you have a perma-brick console now as you haven't made any good dumps. Also someone elses dump wont work on yours.

Try making some dumps.
You will have to solder a wire to keep the ps3 on. Then try and get some dumps. You may still be able to get one that will work to downgrade and fix. Find your motherboard here. Solder a wire from the nor tristate point and the sbe point on the e3 ribbon. Then follow the guide below, but always have the first switch up on the e3 flasher.
