if yes
flash it back to the ps3 and dump it again and check if they are identical. if no you have to seat the clip right. repeat the process until you get to identical dumps from writing and reading back the dump

Take the Valid Dump and flash it to the PS3, then dump it again. and compare between the two they should match. if not, it means the Clip is not seated correct.
so our first step is to check if the clip is seated correctly on the NOR

do i have to first flash fun my console first..?

guyz i am waiting for your reply...
what i would have to do for flash fun..
soldier sbe on flexible strip with tristate point on console.
on my strip solder points (SBE / SBCE) torn off E3 ribbon cable so i solder the tri state point direct on the e3 board using guide on ps3 developer wiki.
do i able to use flash fun mode using this procedure..
and for using flash fun method i have to put the patched backup or to put the original dump is tf card..?

To halt your PS3 you solder SBE on the Flasher Rebbon to TRI on Mobo and put the Flasher in Fun Flash (100000) all down except the first Up.

To dump your flash but the third Swicth Up

Hi...well i posted many threads asking for help...many nice guys helped me but another opinion will be very welcomed...
Here is what happened and i think and hope that my ps3 is not bricked ...

I got slim ps3..model : CECH-2504A
Date code :1A...
160GB HDD..
I run the minverchk and it said 3.40
I made flash dump by E3 flasher..uploaded it and in the "check your dump" section in this forum, they said my dump is VALID...but said nothing about metldr....

i checked metldr on 0000820 and it was metldr1...
when i used one key downgrade it started lighing up one by one and after 5-6 minutes the lights were flashing....
i pressed stop....
i wait 30 sec and try again...
now my ps3 powers on for 2-3 sec and off again....

many guys helped me and said i need to connect wire between TRI and GND on the board..

i connected a wire (sticked it with tape no soldering).....power on but back off after 2-3 sec....

how to do this right ??

the clip is slowly coming loose...it sucks but reclip it all the way and make sure it can't move IF u flip the mothervboard and screw the plate back

for the ps3 going off again after putting the wire is because its not toughing 100% either..result = ps3 RLOD again
