Fallout 4 Confirmed by Three Dog Voice Actor?

Has the highly anticipated sequel to Fallout 3 been confirmed by the host of Galaxy News Radio? The voice behind Three Dog, one Erik Todd Dellums, had this to say on Twitter:

To all my #Fallout3 and #ThreeDog fans: There may be more of the Dog coming! Fingers crossed!
The tweet instantly had the Fallout community buzzing and since then Erik Todd Dellums has declined to offer anymore details. Many are speculating Fallout 4 to be a next-generation title and anticipate it's official announcement at this year's E3 press conference in Los Angeles, California. The last Fallout title from Bethesda was released in 2008 and since then a lot of changes and optimizations have been made to their infamous game engine but is still hated in the eyes of many. Will Fallout 4 run on a brand new game engine or will it sport same used in previous titles such as Skyrim? Only time will tell.

there were talks of an online version of fallout. if thats true then i would expect (would hope) for a complete redesign as the game engine as it is is full of bugs that would throw the whole game off and cause no end of problems for the server and clients to handle

I think that was scrapped in favor of the Elder Scrolls MMO although Fallout 4 could have some type of multiplayer aspect to it. Maybe... a co-op mode? Of course that's wishful thinking. Knowing Bethesda, this will be a single-player experience. A damn good one at that too.

You already know what platform I am picking this up for. One thing I am worried about is Microsoft picking up a content exclusivity deal with Bethesda like they did with Fallout 3. Wasn't the Fallout 3 DLC exclusive to the Xbox for a period of time before it came to PC and PS3? That would screw ALL OF US... except 360... or maybe Xbox 720 owners.

Microsoft always have a DLC deal with Bethesda, Skyrim DLC was to 360 owners, exclusively a month before PC owners.

Sigh.

The base-game should offer us many hours of gameplay regardless. I think Bethesda should start you off as the child of raiders so that the player is exposed to a deeper side of the raider lifestyle, but more importantly show us that not every raider is "evil" and kills for the sake of killing. Just an idea.
