Gaming Computer Help

I just recently purchased an EVGA 780i motherboard. With it I'm using an Intel Q9550 processor, Nvidia GTX 560 ti, and 8GB Kingston DDR2 8500 ram.

Whenever I plug it in the blue memory led lights up but when I push the power button it only turns on for maybe a half a second and powers off. The readout on the digital display says "FF".

I've tried two other less powerful CPU's and I've also tried swapping out my Kingston ram with OCZ ram. Both of which work fine in my other computer.

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

I am looking up this error on the EVGA forums and somebody said that "FF" stands for "fully functional," of course, I could be getting trolled since obviously you are having an issue right now but have you considered the possibility of your motherboard being DoA? You may need to RMA it with the manufacturer. I had to do the same thing. I had a different issue of course, but that does not matter right now.

The pains of PC gaming... Of course once this is resolved, you will enjoy the fruit of labor...

Can I get it RMA'd even if it's used. I paid a good price for it. I bought it on ebay so I can return it but I would rather just have it working. This isn't my first build so I'm not a total Noob. Just can't figure out what else it could be. I appreciate the help.
