back when i played wow - i would get better FPS in linux then i did in windows - only thing that stopped me from linux 100% was ventrilo and xfire

Because publishers know the average linux user isn't dumb enough to be easily fooled. They also think that because somebody uses linux they don't like to pay for stuff, but as a long time supporter of the Humble Bundle the average linux user contribution is greater than the sum of both contributions from the average the mac and windows user.
I guess a lot of people see the word free getting thrown around by linux users and think it's free as in $0.00 when it's free as in.. cue Braveheart clip, freedom. |
